Tasks and Responsibilities
Complete supervision of the production process and ensuring smooth workflow with high efficiency and quality.
Monitoring production lines, improving performance, and reducing waste and faults.
Supervising the daily operational accounts related to production (costs, consumption, reports).
Monitoring and requesting raw materials (HDPE / LDPE / additives) and ensuring their availability in appropriate quantities and on time.
Preparing periodic reports for management on production, costs, inventory, and operational notes.
General supervision of the workforce inside the factory and organizing shifts and discipline.

Qualifications and Requirements
