We are seeking a highly organized and intelligent Pharmacist to work as an Executive & Pricing Operations Assistant supporting CEO operations in a pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities:• Managing CEO schedule, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups• Preparing professional reports, pricing tables, and structured documents• Handling pharmaceutical product pricing and data organization• Coordinating with hospitals, suppliers, and partners• Taking accurate meeting notes and summarizing key decisions• Organizing files, correspondence, and operational workflows• Tracking tasks and ensuring execution on time• Conducting field visits when required
Requirements:• Pharmacy degree (mandatory)• Fluent or Intermediate English• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, professional documentation)• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Highly reliable and disciplined personality• Ability to execute instructions precisely and professionally
Work Structure: Hybrid (Administrative + Field)
Evaluation Period: 3-month probation with salary review after performance evaluation.
Salary starts at 3000 SAR during probation period and increases to 5000 SAR after confirmation based on performance.
