Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B e-procurement policies and procedures governing the use of online portals for purchasing.
  • Establish clear guidelines for the team regarding access to and usage of approved B2B online portals.
  • Define procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company regulations.
  • Develop workflows for the approval of online purchase requests and orders.
  • Establish guidelines for managing payment methods and ensuring secure online transactions.
