- Ensuring proper inventories of linen, uniforms, and operating equipment in housekeeping.
- Enforcing safety rules and emergency procedures to ensure guest and colleague safety.
- Overseeing cleaning and guest supplies management to minimize losses.
- Liaising with other departments to monitor service quality and operational issues.
- Participating in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan.
- Developing modern cleaning methods and equipment.
About You:The ideal candidate should have:
- 1012 years of experience in housekeeping, with 35 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Opera Version 5 and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
