Job Purpose:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance-driven Google Ads, Meta, Snap, and TikTok campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and other attribution tools to track performance.
  • A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive incremental improvements.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2C e-commerce is a must.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Performance Media Buyer.
  • Ability to manage large advertising budgets (100k SAR) and deliver measurable results.
  • Knowledge in conversion API / server-side tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Data Studio for analysis and reporting.
  • Proven experience in the Saudi markets with strong understanding of local consumer behavior.
