Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Lead – Telesales to lead phone sales in the engineering services sector, responsible for elevating sales performance, developing strategies, and managing the team to achieve objectives.
Location: Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time – On-site
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Leading the telesales team and achieving sales targets.
• Developing sales strategies and scripts and closing techniques.
• Analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions.
• Building and managing B2B and B2C client bases in the engineering sector.
• Ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinating with marketing, business development, and operations teams.
• Training the team and enhancing their sales skills.
• Preparing performance reports and identifying new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or leading telesales teams.
• Preferred engineering background (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical).
• Experience in engineering services or related technical products.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and achieve goals.
• Communication, persuasion, and high-value closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and telesales tools.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic, and English is an additional advantage.
