Your Role
As a HR Manager, your mission is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions to support Atlas Copco Saudi Arabia and Kuwait’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities

To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience across core areas.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with conflict resolution and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
