Requirements:
All candidates must possess proven experience in a steel fabrication factory, particularly in structural steel or pre-engineered buildings (PEB). The ideal candidates should have direct shop-floor supervision experience and should be adept at managing manpower, productivity, and discipline. Familiarity with fabrication workflows and strong client relationships with inspectors is essential.

1. Painting and Blasting Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Supervise blasting and painting operations according to approved ITPs and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with coating systems and surface preparation standards.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for necessary inspections and controls.
  • Maintain and oversee the material usage and storage processes.
  • Implement environmental and health safety requirements.

Preferred Knowledge:
  • Hands-on experience with industrial coating systems.
  • Familiarity with SSPC / AMPP / ISO standards.
  • Knowledge of NACE / BGAS / FROSIO inspections is advantageous.

2. Welding Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all welding activities in the shop.
  • Ensure compliance with welding procedures and monitor parameters.
  • Manage welder qualifications.
  • Communicate effectively with QA/QC and third-party inspectors.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Significant hands-on welding supervision in structural steel fabrication.
  • Experience implementing WPS.

3. Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Oversee warehouse operations for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure material traceability and manage stock levels.
  • Control inspections and coordinate material movements.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with steel structure warehouses.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo.
