Field Marketer - Self-Service Sales

📝 Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and eloquent field marketer who has the ability to continue working on marketing and acquiring new locations for self-service sales.

The nature of the work includes:
• Direct field marketing
• Acquiring new locations in:
• Hotels
• Sports Clubs
• Shopping Malls
• Communicating with site managers and obtaining the necessary approvals
• Achieving the monthly target for site acquisition

Supervision of the implementation of project work in all its details continuously, as well as putting a schedule that shows the sequence of implementation steps to ensure the following:

• Study the execution plans (Shop Drawings) and detailed parts of the various project components and provide comments on them if any, suggest appropriate modifications and have them approved by the consultant.
• Review and match the architectural plans with the structural and electromechanical plans, and review the quantities stated in the contract with the plans and modify as necessary.
• Implement the work items according to the drawings, specifications, contract terms, and the established technical rules for executing those works.
• Implementation of the works is carried out according to the approved schedule for the progress of the works.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security methods, and public health and safety during implementation.
• Supervise the filling out of the forms used in the project.
• Maintain a permanent record of all correspondence and invoices for supplies reaching the project.
• All daily and weekly worker reports.
• All payments to suppliers and workers and any expenses.
• The engineer participates and checks the quantities of materials required for implementation as well as what is being executed continuously and records them in approved and numbered record books to refer to when preparing periodic account statements.
• The engineer reviews the payroll account and signs it after correcting it and refers it to the project manager for the disbursement of its entitlements.
• Inform management of any delays that may occur with an analysis of the causes and suggest ways to address that.
• Ensure the efficiency of all workers on the project.
• Provide weekly and monthly periodic reports to management about the progress of the work, including his observations.
• Notify management of any problems that may arise during construction.
• Inspect the work periodically and issue instructions to re-execute any works that do not conform to the specifications or plans.

• Project Planning: Prepare detailed project plans that include timelines, budget, and required resources.
• Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams and guide them to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate or address them.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and monitor their use throughout the project duration.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Performance Monitoring: Track work progress according to the specified plans and provide regular reports to management.
• Report Preparation: Provide reports on project performance and identify any delays or issues that may affect the timeline or budget.
• Problem Solving: Make effective decisions to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the project meet the quality standards defined at the outset.
