Responsibilities:As the HSE Manager, you will ensure all project activities comply with Client HSE requirements, Saipem HSE standards, local legislation, and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Your responsibilities include:
- Staff and manage HSE design and site personnel.
- Develop and implement Project HSE plans and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in HSE risk management.
- Identify emergency scenarios and create preparedness plans.
- Perform HSE audits and monitor performance for reporting.
- Lead accident investigations and promote safety awareness campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria:The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years offshore experience.
- NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent safety certification.
- Mandatory experience with Saudi Aramco for the Project HSE Manager position.
- Previous Saudi Aramco offshore/onshore approval is preferable.
- BOSIET, H2S certificates, and BLS or First Aid certification.
