Responsibilities:- Manage customer data and interactions via our CRM system, ensuring timely updates.
- Develop comprehensive proposals for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), Shutdown Maintenance (SDM), training, and Cyber Security Services.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and quality standards.
- Decode and identify components specific to customer needs.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and ensure smooth order processing.
- Analyze service contract turnover to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support service sales and provide necessary training.
- Manage risks and provide technical guidance in budgeting and finance.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of five years of sales experience in industrial automation or control systems.
- Familiarity with DCS, safety systems, and PLCs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Yokogawa products is a plus.
