Main Tasks:- Implement procedures and forms for monitoring employee attendance and compliance with official work hours.
- Apply various leave policies and handle employee complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Update and coordinate employee information with the Employee Services team.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports related to HR operations.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 3 years of practical experience
- Certified credentials such as (CCNA) and HR Management certificates (HRM)
Required Skills: - Billing management, supervision, training, reporting, consulting, and monitoring
- Advanced skills in creating documented procedures and databases
