Join Wesco as an Inside Sales Representative!As a representative in our Inside Sales team, you will interact with our existing customers to enhance sales of our products and services. Your role will include obtaining, creating, and up-selling orders, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and adding value to the buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain orders through email and telephone, verifying and entering items.
- Increase orders by suggesting related items and explaining features.
- Own and qualify opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
- Identify process improvements for better efficiency.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
- Review open orders and take necessary actions on orders that may be delayed.
- Maintain distribution systems and customer notification reports.
- Report market trends and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
