Your role will be crucial in supporting drilling, production, and maintenance activities through effective inventory management and governance.
Responsibilities:- Warehouse Operations: Manage the receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Governance & Compliance: Enforce adherence to governance policies and standard operating procedures.
- HSE & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and conduct safety training for staff.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for material planning.
- People Management: Supervise warehouse staff and conduct training on compliance requirements.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of inventory/warehouse management experience in the oil & gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance frameworks, and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
