A human resources employee is required according to the following conditions:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
5-10 years of previous experience in the Human Resources department (depending on the size of the company)
Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to use human resources programs and employee management systems and attract high competencies
