Responsible for following up and collecting overdue financial dues from clients in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining positive relationships with clients. The main tasks include:

• Daily communication with clients overdue on payments via phone

• Experience is not required

Preparing repayment plans and scheduling debts in accordance with the clients' capabilities

• Documenting all procedures and follow-ups in the company's system

• Achieving monthly collection targets

• Participating in formulating appropriate solutions for settling distressed debts

Knowledge of Excel program

• Manage and direct the organization of meetings and coordination between the responsible parties, as well as internal and external communications.
• Follow up on the reception of visitors and supervise the response to their inquiries.
