Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Prepare and review journal entries and bank reconciliations.
Monitor and verify sales and purchases invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).
Supervise the organization and archiving of accounting documents.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements.
Follow up on accounts receivable and payable, managing collections from clients.
Coordinate with the sales department to ensure invoices match purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with Saudi tax and zakat regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3 to 5 years of experience as a General Accountant.
Strong knowledge of invoicing, sales, and purchases processes.
Proficiency in accounting software (preferably ERP systems like SAP, Odoo, or Zoho).
Good understanding of Saudi tax and zakat regulations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
