Job Title: Building Construction Supervisor
Job Description: Preparing work plans and programs, following up on building construction according to specifications and executive programs, and measuring completed works in coordination with the supervising building engineer, and preparing and presenting work reports.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:- Studying the architectural and structural plans for buildings and tender documents.
- Preparing work plans and programs in coordination with the supervising building engineer.
- Estimating the quantity of materials and the size of the required workforce.
- Monitoring the procedures and activities of building execution and ensuring compliance with the specified specifications.
- Taking random samples of construction materials and concrete mixes and sending them to the laboratory for testing.
- Preparing and presenting work reports, documenting them, and archiving them.
