Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Complete supervision of planning, implementing, and following up on the company's multiple projects.
• Manage technical and administrative teams and ensure the achievement of operational objectives efficiently.
• Continuous coordination with departments and partner companies to ensure business integration.
• Prepare periodic reports, analyze performance indicators, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and technical standards.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and develop internal processes.
• Represent the company professionally before clients and official bodies.

 

Requirements:

• The applicant must be an engineer
• Practical experience of not less than 5 years in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at a professional level.
• Full dedication to work and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possessing strong leadership skills and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional appearance and strong presence reflecting the company's image.
• Ability to travel based on project requirements in various regions.

• Studying the architectural and structural plans for buildings and tender documents.
• Preparing work plans and programs in coordination with the supervising building engineer.
• Estimating the quantity of materials and the size of the required workforce.
• Monitoring the procedures and activities of building execution and ensuring compliance with the specified specifications.
• Taking random samples of construction materials and concrete mixes and sending them to the laboratory for testing.
• Preparing and presenting work reports, documenting them, and archiving them.
