About the Tamheer Program:
This program is designed to develop graduates with bachelor's degrees or higher by providing them practical field experience via a six-month on-the-job training. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to acquire necessary skills within a professional environment.

Requirements:

• Saudi citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma holder.
• Registered with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Not registered for any job in the previous six months.
• Currently not employed in any public or private sector job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support various departments in utilizing the DDS tool.
• Manage all DDS-related documents, including policies and procedures.
• Complete HC reviews according to the schedule.
• Monitor and update portfolio data sources to ensure high data quality.
• Assist in business analysis activities across departments.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights.
• Perform daily tasks adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Follow up on intended benefit plans and verify implementation.
• Provide recommendations for measuring benefit realization and effectiveness.

Education and Certifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.

Responsible for e-commerce store to Saudi only. Jeddah - Palestine Street. Implementation of sales operations and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Production and creation of impactful and attractive social media content and updating products. Effective inventory management and checking availability of quantities and receiving store orders and ensuring payment completion for each order and reviewing it. Printing invoices, shipping documents, and preparing shipments for delivery to the shipping company for dispatch. Responsibility for quality control, performance analysis, and report preparation. Skills: Experience in e-commerce and its management. Basic knowledge of mobile phone products and the ability to learn the latest developments in the field. Understanding the fundamentals of digital marketing and advertising and social media channels. Communication and interaction skills with the audience and the ability to professionally handle comments and messages.
