Responsibilities:- Understand the Knight Frank business and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Network and generate business, obtaining instructions to achieve targets.
- Conduct thorough research, presenting your findings professionally.
- Manage your own workload effectively while supporting departmental objectives.
- Draft and navigate lease contracts, ensuring a sound understanding of clauses impacting lease value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant role with a strong client network.
- Solid understanding of the commercial real estate market and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
