Join KMAS-SA as a Cost Accountant!We are looking for a dedicated professional to implement and monitor cost collection, analysis, and recording processes to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support management in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Job Responsibilities:- Collect cost data from all departments (Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Human Resources).
- Classify costs into direct and indirect, fixed and variable.
- Analyze actual costs and compare them with estimated or standard costs.
- Prepare periodic cost reports and submit recommendations to management.
- Participate in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Review expense documents and invoices to ensure cost accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor inventory and calculate the actual cost of goods.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of cost data.
- Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes.
- Record and analyze data using accounting systems (Excel or ERP).
Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting systems and inventory management.
- Ability to perform financial analysis and prepare reports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in cost management within the restaurant industry.
