Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving raw materials and preparing, cooking meat, chicken, and vegetables according to the menu.
• Preparing soups and making salads and both cold and hot appetizers.
• Boiling and cooking oriental foods.
• Preparing dishes after they are cooked and placing them in appropriate containers.
• Supervising the cleaning of cooking and food utensils and maintaining safety and public health procedures and instructions.
