Join BMC as a Safety & Security Manager!We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the safety and security of our students, staff, visitors, and college property. You will manage all security operations, staff, systems, and emergency procedures.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise security guards and control their schedules and duties.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, accidents, or safety threats.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with police, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
- Train staff and students on emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and college regulations.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a security role (2+ years in a leadership role).
- Knowledge of KSA Civil Defense and MOH safety standards.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience with CCTV and security systems.
