Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and perform consultations to establish their requirements.
- Understand pricing details of services and effectively recommend hair care products.
- Execute cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services to high standards.
- Maintain detailed client service history including products used.
- Continuously learn new techniques and styles through workshops and publications.
- Attend events to promote the brand externally.
- Achieve revenue targets established by management.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and care for tools and equipment.
- Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as per salon and municipal guidelines.
Qualifications:- Training certification from Loreal or Kerastase is an advantage.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a professional salon.
- Expertise in hair coloring techniques including Ombre and Balayage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
