Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
- Operate within departmental budgets with effective stock and cost management.
- Set departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules.
- Regularly inspect all fixtures and fittings for compliance with standards.
- Ensure ongoing training and communicate effectively with all hotel areas.
- Manage performance issues in compliance with company policies.
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop housekeeping staff.
Qualifications:- Experience in housekeeping/laundry in the hotel or leisure sector at a managerial or supervisory level.
- Demonstrated success in managing a large team.
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work situations.
