Primary Duties & Responsibilities:- Setup and installation of audio-visual and IT equipment in classrooms and auditoriums.
- Provide higher-level support for application/system functionality to users and vendors.
- Monitor and ensure quality by checking sound and projector performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with audio-visual systems during events.
- Perform routine diagnostics and problem-solving for all media equipment.
- Maintain and update an inventory of technological equipment.
- Liaise with third-party engineers for hardware servicing and repairs.
- Assist in creating FAQs for end-users.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in IT support or related fields.
