Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate all contracts and documents.
- Standardize and maintain company contracts/documents.
- Register and manage trademarks, including renewals and addressing disputes.
- Provide legal advice on laws and regulations affecting operations.
- Respond to inquiries on legal issues and offer judgment and support.
- Monitor legal risks and assess necessary corrective measures.
- Handle litigation internally and collaborate with external counsel.
- Prepare and review various legal documents.
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining an electronic filing system.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Law with an active license; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in a reputable law firm or multinational company.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Presentable, punctual, and hard-working.
