We are looking for someone cheerful, interactive, and knows how to excite customers and create a unique shopping experience in the store 💫

Your tasks will be:

• Welcoming customers and interacting with them in a fun way
• Completing sales transactions and operating the cash register
• Arranging products and displaying them attractively
• Receiving goods and organizing them in the warehouse

We are looking for someone:

• Cheerful, sociable, and likes to talk to people
• Passionate about anime or Japanese culture 🎌
• Committed and punctual in working hours

• Saudi nationality.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the food or tech industry is a plus.

• Promote the products of Dr. Nutrition.
• Send regular reports in the group.
• Update the sales sheets consistently.
• Follow the reporting systems established by the Division Leader.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Science (Any Degree).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic speaker.
• Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

• Providing feedback on competition activities and submitting suggestions for retaliation if necessary.
• Preparing special order requests (Prices, Designs, approvals, Orders, MOQs) and securing necessary approvals.
• Collecting invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
• Maintaining professionalism in business relations with customers.
• Revisiting lost customers to explore opportunities for regaining business.
• Opening new accounts and ensuring all documentation is valid.
• Training customers on using the Napco platform.
• Handling customer complaints and preparing QRAs.

• Provide Saudi nationality.
• Availability to work full-time.

• 6 working days per week.
• 9 working hours per day including one hour for rest.
• The monthly salary is 5,500 Riyals.
