- Respond promptly to guest needs and provide exceptional service.
- Achieve the highest possible occupancy rates by upselling our guest rooms and hotel services.
- Collaborate with team members and selflessly assist in achieving departmental and hotel-wide revenue goals.
- Ensure accurate handling of individual and group guest reservations, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Record daily statistics and update guest requirements as per policy.
- Build positive relationships with regular guests, enhancing their experience and encouraging repeat visits.
