About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Supply Manager to lead our Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to shape operations strategy, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to Trella’s growth.
What You'll Do:- Develop and implement strategic supply plans that optimize Trella’s operational footprint.
- Lead and manage the local supply operations team, including distribution, fleet, and cross-border logistics personnel.
- Drive performance across supply coverage, delivery fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local transport regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Proven experience managing teams and operational oversight of fleets.
- Strong understanding of local and cross-border transport regulations.
- Experience with strategic planning and operational KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
