Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and adhere to curriculum standards.
- Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Address diverse learning needs by providing tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.
Requirements:- Completed Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor / Master's in Education, or PGCE / QTS / equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience with exposure to international curriculum (BSO, IB, or others).
- Proficiency in the subject matter and key teaching skills.
- Qualifications in child protection and safeguarding are essential; NPQ and other teaching professional development qualifications are advantageous.
