Primary Purpose:In this vital role, you will coordinate and oversee the activities of the production team, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Key Accountabilities:- Supervise daily production activities to meet goals and quality standards.
- Manage, train, and evaluate production staff effectively.
- Monitor and enforce safety policies to maintain a safe workplace.
- Coordinate workflows and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports for management review.
Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or technical certification in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
Experience:Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
