Position Summary:Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that area sales objectives are met by category, volume, and value. You will motivate and train our sales team to achieve excellence.
A day in the life:- Ensure execution excellence in core distribution, coverage, and visibility objectives.
- Develop and monitor Customer Business Plans aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker for sales achievements, team performance, and customer information.
- Lead and develop the Field Sales Team through coaching and training.
- Build and manage long-term effective business relationships with customers.
Are you a fit?We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 34 years of experience in Field Sales (FMCG preferred)
- Strong English/Arabic communication skills
- Analytical and financial awareness
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and focus on results
