We are looking for a creative and effective specialist to manage the company's social media accounts and create content that attracts clients interested in the real estate sector and keeps up with the developments in the Saudi real estate market. The social media manager will be the human voice of the brand and the creator of the active digital presence aimed at achieving tangible results.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Managing all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, website).
• Creating a monthly content strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Crafting posts and writing attractive and professional Captions (in Arabic).
• Implementing creative Storytelling campaigns to showcase projects and real estate units in an emotional and appealing way.
• Monitoring and analyzing account and post performance and providing periodic reports (Analytics).
• Interacting and responding to comments and inquiries in coordination with sales.
• Monitoring real estate market trends and innovating fresh content that aligns with the target audience.
• Managing advertising content and updating promotional offers concurrently with the campaigns team.
• Coordinating with the photographer and editor to ensure that the content is presented attractively and consistently with the visual identity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in managing social media platforms.
• The ability to write marketing and creative content professionally.
• The ability to analyze data using tools like Insights and Google Analytics.
• A passion for creating real estate content and knowledge of the characteristics of the Saudi audience.
• Skill in coordinating ideas with the design and editing team.
• Experience or background in the real estate sector is preferred.
