Your leadership will also guide players in understanding game laws and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify player strengths and talents to plan and enhance their development.
- Create and adapt short and long-term training programs focusing on physical fitness elements.
- Develop core skills for the sport being coached and assess player performance.
- Manage sporting events and guide players throughout matches, ensuring game laws are adhered to and monitored.
- Prepare, present and document work reports efficiently.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, Operations Research, or Sports Training. Prior experience of at least 1 year in coaching is required.
