Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and commercially driven Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience and maximize sales through effective visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines in line with brand standards and seasonal concepts.
• Ensure attractive and commercially effective product displays, mannequins, and window presentations.
• Coordinate store layouts and product placement to optimize customer flow and maximize sales.
• Execute visual setups for promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Monitor and maintain visual standards across all stores through regular store visits and audits.
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to adjust visual displays accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with buying, marketing, and operations teams to align visuals with business objectives.
• Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Ensure cleanliness, consistency, and proper signage across all visual elements.
• Adapt visual strategies based on store size, location, and target customer profile.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color coordination, and styling techniques.
• Proven ability to translate commercial goals into visual presentations.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel between stores when required.

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-driven Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store experience and drive product visibility throughout our KSA Jeddah stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all in-store visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
• Plan and implement weekly floor moves based on new arrivals, sell-through, and performance reports.
• Create impactful window displays that align with brand identity and attract foot traffic.
• Style mannequins, tables, and product walls to showcase key looks and best-selling categories.
• Collaborate closely with Store Managers to ensure VM supports commercial priorities.
• Monitor product performance and recommend repositioning to improve visibility and sales.
• Maintain VM standards across all zones, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Prepare stores for promotional activity, campaigns, and new collection launches.
• Ensure all POS, signage, lighting, and fixtures are aligned with VM standards.
• Conduct regular store walks and submit VM reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, colour palettes, and styling principles.
• Ability to read and interpret sales data to support commercial decisions.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and brand alignment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and in multiple store locations when needed.
