Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in the Riyadh Region. The Recruiter's day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards. They will screen candidates' resumes and job applications, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods, and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruiter will build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team, and act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
