Job OverviewThe OT Sales Manager will develop the Account Business Plan and ensure its implementation to meet or exceed the planned volume, revenue, and profit targets for assigned customers.
Responsibilities- Ensure the full and timely implementation of the Account Plan.
- Deliver volume, revenue, net revenue per Kg, spends, and gross profit as agreed.
- Implement agreed POP/sales driver initiatives and targets.
- Manage customer pricing and CDA terms to support agreed business goals.
- Develop and maintain an Account Fact Book containing all relevant customer information.
- Issue quarterly and monthly reports covering customer performance versus target.
- Forecasting to agreed standards.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant major.
