  • Explaining and encouraging proper warm-up and stretching techniques to avoid injuries.
  • Providing guidance and education to clients on fitness, healthy lifestyles, and appropriate habits according to their abilities and goals.
  • Informing clients about the innovative training methods of FAST FIT EMS and explaining their amazing benefits and long-term results.
  • Detailing exercises and suggesting alternatives when necessary to ensure safe and correct performance.
  • Providing innovative workouts and exciting challenges to keep clients engaged and motivated while adhering to FAST FIT training policies.
  • Guiding and assisting clients during their training sessions.
  • Monitoring client progress and providing regular feedback tailored to each individual client.
  • Proactively seeking feedback from clients and colleagues to identify strengths and work on improvements.
  • Using specialized knowledge to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends, techniques, and practices in health and fitness to provide the highest quality of service.
  • Adjusting individual training plans upon achieving goals.
  • Offering advice to clients on changing dietary habits and lifestyle when necessary.
  • Administering first aid and CPR in emergencies.
  • Recognizing the limits of your professional qualifications and practicing activities that fall solely within your scope of expertise.
  • Referring clients to other specialists if their condition exceeds your current competency level.
  • Accurately recording client training plans and following up on related documentation.
  • Adhering to the standards set by FAST FIT EMS for body assessment, fitness evaluation, and exercise techniques.
  • Building positive, professional relationships based on trust and mutual respect with clients.
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Creating an ideal and comfortable environment for clients according to company policies (such as music, temperature, scent, etc.).
  • Being a positive role model for all FAST FIT EMS clients.
  • Promoting FAST FIT EMS packages and plans to increase the client base.
  • Providing plans and subscriptions according to the training you received from your manager when dealing with new clients.
  • Assisting in membership retention strategies for current clients.
  • Effectively following up with new and existing clients to ensure their commitment to regular attendance.
  • Collaborating with management and colleagues to ensure the effective operation of FAST FIT EMS branches.

Requirements:

  • Age: 22 to 35 years
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or a related field
  • Certified personal training certificate from an accredited body
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients
  • Passion for health and fitness and helping others
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
