Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving AREEB’s growth by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals with corporate and government organizations. The ideal candidate is ambitious, customer-focused, and passionate about AI and EdTech innovation in Saudi Arabia.



Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, and education sectors.
• Conduct client presentations, demos, and product pitches to showcase AREEB’s value.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver against sales targets.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to maximize impact.
• Work closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market feedback to leadership.
• Represent AREEB at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.



Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, LMS, or enterprise technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Saudi corporate and government market is a strong advantage.
• Passion for AI, digital learning, and innovation.

We are looking for a part-time remote freelancer to join our team, taking on customer service tasks and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and others in a personal and friendly manner.

Tracking new orders on the Salla/Zid/Amazon/Noon platforms with limited permissions.

Ensuring shipment of orders and coordinating with the shipping company or warehouse when necessary.

Following up on incomplete orders and communicating with customers with reminder messages such as: "You forgot your cart."

Offering simple incentive offers when needed to encourage order completion.

Communicating with customers after the sale until the order is delivered or returned if necessary.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or communication via social media.

Strong communication skills and a polite, friendly manner.

Commitment to accurately tracking orders and coordinating with relevant parties.

The ability to work remotely with flexibility and professionalism.

Commitment to working 34 hours per day intermittently, with presence 3 days a week for task follow-up or as needed by agreement.
