- Conduct research and assess risk factors for business operations.
- Develop and implement internal governance policies.
Requirements:- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- 35 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial contracts.
- Good understanding of technology and commercial contract requirements.
- Ability to negotiate and draft contract terms effectively.
- Experience in risk management techniques.
