المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • مراقبة والتحكم في مستويات مخزون المطبخ للمواد الغذائية والمشروبات والمواد غير الغذائية.
  • استلام وتفتيش الشحنات لضمان الجودة والكمية والامتثال لأوامر الشراء.
  • ضمان التخزين الصحيح لجميع العناصر وفقًا لمعايير FIFO وFEFO ومعايير سلامة الغذاء.
  • إصدار المواد لأقسام المطبخ بناءً على الطلبات المعتمدة.
