We are looking for field service representatives in Barq Fleet for mobile car washing to fulfill car washing requests at the client's location via the application.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving washing requests through the Barq Fleet application.
• Heading to the client's location and performing the car washing service professionally.
• Adhering to the specified time for the request and the quality of service.
• Maintaining work equipment and professional appearance.
• Good interaction with clients and professionally representing the Barq Fleet identity.

• Transport workers between dormitory and project site according to scheduled timings.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (*, fuel level, engine condition, cleanliness).
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Assist in coordinating transport schedules when required.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation duties.

• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license (appropriate class for the assigned vehicle).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in worker transportation.
• Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate basic instructions in English.
• Physically fit and able to work in a site-based environment.

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and audits, and monitor stock levels, reporting shortages or excess.
• Systems & Documentation: Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP system, maintaining proper documentation for all warehouse activities.
• Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor team productivity to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Issue Handling & Reporting: Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and report operational issues proactively to management.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience using ERP systems or inventory software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

• Experience in supervising teams.
• Background in industrial or mining environments.

Sales representatives dedicate for Horeca ,prefer to have experience in same channel. And prefer in eastern region .

• Resolve complex preservation and packaging issues.
• Block and brace military equipment and supplies.
• Implement changes in packaging methods and procedures.
• Establish standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with packaging regulations, including hazardous materials.
• Conduct formal training on technical and hazardous material packing.
• Utilize automated systems for tracking and referencing.
• Analyze data and identify trends to recommend effective packaging solutions.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of experience in material handling or related fields.
• Experience in using woodshop tools and constructing containers.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Familiar with local safety regulations and government procedures.

• Safely load and offload raw materials and finished goods to/from the warehouse.
• Issue and return raw materials to/from different sections of the plant.
• Maintain the warehouse in an organized condition.
• Ensure the forklift is in good condition and report any repair needs.
• Handle materials carefully in accordance with safety rules.

• 1-2 years of experience in forklift operation.
• Professional Certification in ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Awareness.
• A valid forklift driver’s license.

• Operate forklift trucks (*, counterbalance, reach truck) to load, unload, stack, and retrieve materials and products.
• Transport raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to designated areas within the warehouse and production floor.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any defects or malfunctions to maintenance.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper storage of materials.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and operating procedures for forklift operation.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and organization, as required.
• Communicate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and other team members.

• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
