  • تسجيل جميع حركات المخزون (إدخال/إخراج/تحويل) بدقة في النظام.
  • إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن حالة المخزون ورفعها للإدارة.
  • متابعة تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية والتأكد من تخزين المنتجات وفق المعايير.
  • التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات لتحديد الكميات المطلوبة وإصدار طلبات إعادة التوريد.
  • إجراء الجرد الدوري (شهري/ربع سنوي/سنوي) وضمان مطابقة النتائج مع السجلات.
  • المساهمة في تحسين العمليات وتخفيض نسبة الفاقد أو التالف.
