Responsibilities

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 03 years of experience in procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Understanding of cost analysis principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

• Coordinates procurement with all stakeholders and ensure alignment with the Local Content policy.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Graduate degree required; post-graduate preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience including managerial experience.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with PIF Development Companies.
• Expertise in Procurement and knowledge of industry regulations.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
