About the Occupational Therapist Role

Tadawi Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Abha / Khamis Mushayt. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' functional capabilities and developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their independence and quality of life, assisting individuals in overcoming challenges and regaining their ability to perform daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and identify their daily living needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence.
• Train patients on fine motor skills, hand skills, and the use of assistive devices.
• Coordinate with the medical team to monitor and provide feedback on patient progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Certification and licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

Work Environment and Experience

This is a full-time position located in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults. The therapist will work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized therapy programs and improve communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
• Diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans
• Provide one-on-one and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain therapy records, progress reports, and clinical documentation
• Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home-based therapy techniques
• Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and special educators
• Monitor patient progress and revise therapy plans when required
• Use evidence-based therapy methods and AAC tools where applicable
• Participate in case discussions, awareness programs, and professional development activities

Qualification & Eligibility

• BASLP / MASLP (Bachelor's or Master's in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology)
• Valid SCFHS License
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply depending on organization requirements
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
