We are looking for a capable Sales/Customer Experience Executive to be part of our entertainment company, specialized in Formula 1 racing simulation. This role requires high skills in dealing with customers, understanding the experience provided, and the ability to represent the brand in a refined and professional manner.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and visitors in a professional and polite manner.

  • Explaining the details of the simulation experience and accompanying services confidently and clearly.

  • Executing bookings and payments using the approved system.

  • Coordinating with the operations team to ensure the experience flows smoothly from start to finish.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and display space.

  • Supporting events and special exhibitions within the gallery as needed.

  • Interacting with visitors and answering their inquiries with confidence and knowledge.

  • Raising feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience.


Required Qualifications:
