Position Overview:As a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role offers a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure full implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Secure product listings for all assigned company products across all designated accounts.
- Prospect and acquire new customers to expand the client base.
- Manage and develop existing accounts to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and support company growth.
- Execute daily route plans and conduct follow-up calls with customers.
- Maintain customer stock levels according to agreed requirements, minimizing out-of-stock or overstock situations.
- Reconcile daily sales transactions, including cheques, cash, and credit sales.
- Ensure zero stock discrepancies and cash shortages.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales within FMCG distribution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Fluency in Arabic and working knowledge of English preferred.
