Your Role:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, chat, email, or any other channel deemed fit for providing support to our customers (customers/riders/merchants).
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Track and monitor delivery statuses, coordinating with logistics and relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, payment, or service dissatisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and brand alignment.
- Collect and report customer feedback to management to improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product or policy changes.
- Willingness to work in shifts that could be scheduled during a 24-hour window.

What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 01 years of experience; fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome.
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred typing skills of 40 WPM.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Call Center - Technical Support
We are looking for an outstanding employee to join our team at e&enterprise as a specialist in the call center. If you are passionate about providing technical support and exceptional services to customers, we would love to welcome you to our team.

Job Details:
- Salary: 5500 SAR (including incentives)
- Shift system (7 hours a day – 1-hour break)
- 6 working days a week, 1 day off

Requirements:
- Nationality: Saudi only
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Educational background in Information Technology (diploma or higher)
- 1 to 3 years of experience (preferred experience in Fiber to the Home FTTH)

Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about the FTTH service
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to connectivity and devices
- Assisting with billing, payments, and account updates
- Managing service upgrades, cancellations, and changes
- Handling complaints and ensuring timely resolutions
- Supporting customer retention and promoting additional services
